How To Breakthrough When Wisdom Cries Out

Bible Text: “See then that you walk [e]circumspectly, not as fools but as wise.” – Eph. 5v15 (NKJV)

Hello family, I believe you are doing well, good and prepared for better things, exploits, testimonies that would be spring forth in 2019 (Heb.6 v 9b). Christ, as revealed in 1 Cor.1 v 24, is our wisdom and it is pertinent that we walk carefully through His wisdom available to all who earnestly seek it (James 1v5).

That being said, let’s get to the chase, shall we? Hallelujah!

Proverbs 2 vs 20 -33 reveals to us that Christ runs with earnest knocking upon the hearts of many out in the world to receive of His wisdom.

Prov.2v20-21 says:

“Wisdom calls aloud outside; She raises her voice in the open squares. She cries out in the chief concourses; at the openings of the gates in the city she speaks her words:”

God desires to bring rest unto every aspect of our lives (spiritually, within your family and relationships, financially in business). Through our seeking out for His wisdom and willingness to be led by Him, many in time past failed to walk in such

“Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.Jer.16v6

Prov.2 vs 24-32 exposes unto us the fruit of their refusal to yield to the wisdom of God. This is revealed unto us that we might learn from the foolishness of such men and with earnest crave after Him, the wisdom of God. Some of the consequences they suffered were calamity (v.26); destruction (v.27a); distress and anguish (v.27b); God not hearing their pleas (v.28), eat the fruits of their actions (v.31). We are reminded of the foolish man in Matt.7 vs 24-27. The man was described as foolish due to his unwillingness to listen to the wisdom of the Lord (v.26), which subsequently led to his demise experiencing a mighty fall “And great was its fall” (v.27b).

As we journey into 2019, we are admonished to receive His wisdom that cries out to us, knocking upon the doors of her heart.

Reflection:  Eph.5 v 17 says

“Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” The key lies right in front of us, who is the person of the Holy Spirit. We are to also not neglect the study of His word for there lies our growth in wisdom and fully comprehend His will (2 Tim 3 v 15).

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ #Eph.1v2

Yours Sincerely,
